How do I provide feedback on the system and report issues?​

You can send us feedback and report issues through the chat widget in the bottom left corner of the screen (when logged in to the KPMG Origins site).​

  1. Click the blue chat icon​

  2. Select or search for “Feedback”​

  3. Fill out the form which appears and submit this – a member of the support team will be touch to acknowledge the bug and let you know when it is fixed.​

    You can also send us feature request ideas through the chat widget by following the same process but clicking on the “Request a Feature” option, this will bring up a feature request form which can be submitted to KPMG Origins for consideration in future possible updates to the system.​
