Opening hours:​ 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. General information enquiries are handled during business hours. Reports of pollution incidents where EPA has a direct regulatory role, and reports relating to noisy or smoky motor vehicles, are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
