Setup a Movement that automatically recurs

Updated this week

Setup a Movement that automatically recurs using the Auto-Create movement function.

An Auto-Created Movement will be automatically created after a current Movement finishes by using the Auto-Create function.

2 - On the Movement summary page, on the top left under the movement status, click 'Auto-Create'.

3 - Click on the 'Auto-Create Movement on a schedule' dropdown that will display the current state 'Never'.

4 -Select the frequency from dropdown that Movement will be recurring.

4 - To have the Movement automatically set to 'Ready to move' status, meaning it will not require the Movement to be reviewed and submitted before the transporter, see the Movement. Select the tick box - 'Select to automatically submit the information entered before the Auto-Created Movement has been picked-up ('In Transit' status).'

By not selecting the tick box, the automatically generated Movement will need to be submitted for the Movement to change status to 'Ready to Move' and appear in the transporter list.

5 - Click the 'Auto-Create' button.

Auto-Created Movements will be pre-populated with data from the original movement which can be edited and submitted to Regulators.

The next movement will be automatically created once the current movement has been picked up by the Transporter.
