From the Movements list page select the Movement that you wish to cancel.

In the Movement summary page of the Movement that you wish to cancel, locate and select the cancel button.

Select your reason for cancellation from the drop down list, or select other and write your reason in the text box that appears below. After you have done this select the Cancel Movement button to cancel the Movement.

The Movement Status will now be updated to cancelled.
