Consignors of a Movement will be required to include other participating organisations at various points of creating a Movement and the Movement process. This is done by search for and add another organisation that is currently in the KPMG Origins userbase, search by the organisation name, ABN, or ACN.
If the organisation does not appear in the search it maybe that they are not yet registered with KPMG Origins. If this is the case you can add the organisation yourself by selecting the 'Add a new Organisation' link underneath the search field.
Clicking this link will open up a new page called Add Participant, here you can select the type of new participant you would like to add, either Organisation or Individual.
If adding a new organisation that is registered on the Australian Business Register use the 'Search for Organisation' feature and enter either the business name, ABN, or ACN.
When you select the organisation from the search box this will bring up additional information fields some of which will be pre-populated, other fields such as email, phone, and address, can be filled out by you or by the organisation you are adding when they register to KPMG Origins.
It is not compulsory for you to add additional information once you have selected the business, you can now save and close and search for this organisation in the section of the movement process that that you were completing.
Note: The participant organisation adding will need to register and sign up for KPMG Origins.
Some types of participants need to verify information in the movement, or the movement cannot progress, so it is worth you notifying the organisation of this.
If the organisation cannot be found in the Australian Business Register search, their details will have to be added manually by selecting 'Manually Enter Organisation' and filling out as much of the information fields as possible.
It is also possible to add an individual as a participant by selecting the 'Individual' then entering their name, phone number, and address.
