How to create a movement with mulitple pick-up locations on mobile?

Updated over a week ago

Multi Pick Up/Milk Run movements can be created both via desktop and mobile, to see how to create a milk run movement on desktop, see this article: Creating a Milk Run Movement

To create a movement on mobile you must first be on the KPMG Origins shortcut, to learn how to get the shortcut on your home screen, please read this article: How to Add Origins to Your Mobile Device

1- Once logged in to the Origins shortcut on your mobile or iPad using the link: https://app.kpmgorigins.com/, you will be brought to your home screen, from here select the blue circle with the white cross indicated below.

2. On the Create New Movement page, select the Milk Run Pick Up type. You have the option to select up to twenty locations and one material type.

Next, select the Pick Up and Drop off State of Australia. Please note that IWTS only supports tracking of materials coming INTO the state of NSW.

2 - Now search for the Pick Up and Drop Off address locations. Search for the location using either the location name, address or the location ID.

For Milk Runs, a minimum of two pick up locations are required. Proceed to click on "Add Pick Up Location" after entering the first pickup location.

Enter the next pickup location. If you need to pick up waste from more than two pick up locations continue to "Add Pickup Location."

3 - After entering the drop off location, the Material Details section of this page will appear. Search for the material by it's name or waste code ID.

Determine if you want the generator and Pick-up details to be Commercial in Confidence.

Select the relevant material, specify whether the generator and pick-up details are confidential, and finalise the movement creation by clicking Continue.

Note - If your pick up and drop off locations are in different States a search box will appear where both pickup and destination state Material ID should be selected simultaneously from the options available.

4 - The following screen will contain a series of sections and information fields that should be filled out, step one (Transport Certificate Details) will generally require details about the material generator, transporter, receiver, and the material quantity and type being tracked.

The status indicator underneath the unique movement identifier tells you the stage to which this movement is up. Recap on movement status.

If the data is consistent across different Pick-up Locations, clicking "Copy data to all" can streamline the process and reduce data entry effort. If you are the participant responsible and have already updated your details in IWTS, you can click the "Auto-fill with my details".

5 - Once you have filled out all of the relevant information in a section select the submit button. If successful the button will now say "Submitted" and the subsequent sections will no longer be locked for editing.

6 - Continue through the following sections as far as is relevant to your role in the movement, noting that for some users this will be the entire process and for others, it may only be one section. You will notice the movement status will update as each section is completed by the respective participant.

If you realise that a particular section has not been filled out when it should be, please contact the certified receiver or NSW EPA to fill out their sections in the movement process.

Note: Movements in Submitted Status will only appear in the mobile movements list for 3 days after submission.
