Multi-Waste movements can be created both via desktop and mobile, to see how to create a multi-waste movement on desktop, see this article: Creating a Multi-Waste movement β.
To create a movement on mobile you must first be on the KPMG Origins shortcut, to learn how to get the shortcut on your home screen, please read this article: How to Add Origins to Your Mobile Device.
1- Once logged in to the Origins shortcut on your mobile or iPad using the link: https://app.kpmgorigins.com/, you will be brought to your home screen and select the blue circle with the white cross indicated below.
2. On the Create New Movement page, select the Multiple Waste Pick Up type.
Next, select the Pick up and Drop off State of Australia. Please note that IWTS only supports tracking of materials coming INTO the state of NSW.
2 - Now search for the Pick Up and Drop Off address locations. For a Multi-Waste movement only one pick up location is required. Search for the location using either the location name, address or the location ID.
3 - After entering the drop off location, the Material Details section of this page will appear. Search for the material by its name or waste code ID. For Multi-Waste movements, a minimum of two material IDs are required.
If you transporting more than one type of waste, continue to "Add another material ID." There is a maximum of twenty different materials that you can add.
Determine if you want the generator and Pick-up details to be Commercial in Confidence.
Select the relevant material, specify whether the generator and pick-up details are confidential, and finalise the movement creation by clicking Continue.
Note - If your pick up and drop off locations are in different States a search box will appear where both pickup and destination state Material ID should be selected simultaneously from the options available.
4 - The following screen will contain a series of sections and information fields that should be filled out, step one (Transport Certificate Details) will generally require details about the material generator, transporter, receiver, and the material quantity and type being tracked.
The status indicator underneath the unique movement identifier tells you the stage to which this movement is up. Here is more information on movement status.
If the data is consistent across different material types, you can streamline the process and reduce data entry effort by clicking "Copy data to all".
5 - Once you have filled out all of the relevant information in a section select the submit button. If successful the button will now say "Submitted" and the subsequent sections will no longer be locked for editing.
6 - Continue through the following sections as far as is relevant to your role in the movement, noting that for some users this will be the entire process and for others, it may only be one section. You will notice the movement status will update as each section is completed by the respective participant.
If you realise that a particular section has not been filled out when it should be, please contact the certified receiver or NSW EPA to fill out their sections in the movement process.
Note: Movements in Submitted Status will only appear in the mobile movements list for 3 days after submission.
