Movement data is available to be seen by all added participants of a movement, when they are able to see it depends on what stage of the movement process you are at:
Consignor / Creator / Generator:
These participants can view information about the movement straight after the movement has been created.
Transporter / Driver:
After adding the transporter to the movement in the first step of the movement process, drivers will be able to access the movement and see all data for that movement along with any other movements of which they are the nominated transporter.
Receiver:
After you have finished creating a movement i.e. the first step of entering pick up and drop off location, and the material type. The receival facility (drop off location) will be able to access the movement and all data for that movement along with any other movements of which they are the nominated receival facility, unless commercial in confidence has been selected in which case generator and pick up details will be hidden.
