How to approve uploaded scheduled consignment

Confirm uploaded existing scheduled consignments imported from Waste Locate

KPMG Origins have imported and uploaded the existing scheduled consignments from Waste Locate.

The uploaded movements (consignment term in IWTS) data must be checked and submitted before the transport of waste can take place.

The uploaded existing scheduled consignments from Waste Locate utilise the IWTS Schedule function, to learn more about Schedule Movements.

1 - Log in to KPMG Origins - https://app.kpmgorigins.com

2 - Click on 'Movements'.

3 - This will load all movements for the organisation. Click on the movement within the movement list to check and edit any information within the movement as needed.

Note: The status of the imported movement will be 'Created.'

Transporters cannot view movements in 'Created' status. They must be submitted to change the status to 'Ready To Move'.

4 - Within the movement, it will open to the movement summary page that provides an overview of the movement.

5 - Check the scheduling time frame is correct if not click on 'Schedule' and change to the correct recurring schedule.

6 - Check the pick up location.

7 - Check the drop off location.

8 - Click on 'Add Details' button.

5 - Work through the movement's section checking and amend the details as needed in each section. Clicking 'Save & Continue' to move on to the next section.

Note: The dates on the Tyres Details section will be for the first scheduled movement.

6 - To confirm the uploaded existing schedule consignment from Waste locate you must tick the box 'I declare that I have provided correct information to the best of my knowledge'.

This approves the uploaded existing schedule consignment from Waste Locate and confirming it is correct and accurate.

7 - Then click 'Submit'

Once submitted the scheduled movement status will change to 'Ready To Move' and will appear in the transporter movement list, ready for their use.

The scheduled movement will regenerate every time the movement is picked up and the status changes to “In Transit”.
