Depending on your role in the movement authorisation application, you may want to upload supporting documents to attach to it. You can do this by selecting the "Documents" button on the summary page, as indicated in the image above. This will bring you to a documents list page where you can view already uploaded documents to this movement authorisation and add new ones.
Select the blue ‘Add Document’ button to upload a new document.
You can indicate what type of document you are uploading and write a description for it. Then, either drag and drop the file from your computer or click anywhere in the greyed-out area that says "Drag and drop or browse for a file" to launch your computer's file manager, where you can select the file.
Note: Any files uploaded to the document section will be visible to all movement participants. If pick-up and generator details are present on these documents, the commercial in confidence setting will not hide them even if they are applied to the movement authorisation.
